The Rolex Ambassador is responsible for providing an outstanding client experience and meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Providing an outstanding client experience by creating a positive, inviting and fun environment for the client is imperative. This is accomplished by being enthusiastic and demonstrating a passion for the Rolex brand.

Responsibilities:

Ensure an outstanding client experience

  • Responsible for training other Sales Professionals and ensuring they are knowledgeable of the brand’s unique heritage, the range of products, and specific product attributes and availability.
  • Assist Sales Professionals with Rolex sales as necessary (provide product information, closing, etc.) to be certain every client experiences the luxury of Rolex to the fullest.
  • Responsible for implementing brand strategies and guidelines.
  • Communicate with the Tourneau Merchandising team to ensure appropriate inventory is available within his/her store.
  • Make certain the visual presentation of the watches is consistent with the luxury image of the brand.
  • Consistent with the requirement for other Tourneau Senior Sales Professionals, act as a mentor to other Sales Professionals and utilize the Tourneau advantages to the fullest in order to preserve the luxury status of the product.

Meeting or Exceeding Sales Objectives

  • At a minimum, must meet sales objectives for any given quarter and year.
  • Clearly understand daily sales objective and how it relates to weekly and monthly targets.
  • Clienteling - focus on developing long term relationships with the client so that they are more likely to think about visiting and buying from the store in the future.
  • Attend training session to increase product knowledge.
  • Readily accept and incorporate constructive advice given by managers on how to improve sales performance.
  • Understand local competition as it relates to special promotions and pricing.
  • Dress professionally.
  • Work with Manager to ensure the Rolex counter is at all times clean and attractive.
  • Help set-up or close store depending upon shift.
  • Set-up cases and windows
  • Support manager with inventory counts at opening and closing.
  • Return predetermined items to safe at close of business.
  • Attendance is a crucial part of performance

Training

  • Consistently update Tourneau staff on the Rolex brand.
  • Work with Tourneau management to schedule and deliver Rolex Training sessions.
  • Convey the importance of the history of the brand to the Tourneau Staff.
  • Educate Tourneau Sales Professionals on product introductions, technical complications, service etc.
  • Encourage Tourneau Sales Professionals and increase comfort level with the Rolex brand through individual/group training sessions.
  • Training will be provided by both Tourneau and Rolex to ensure an excellent client experience for every client.

Brand Management

  • Ensure appropriate visual merchandising of all Rolex products in the store.
  • Check stock on a daily basis and make certain Rolex watches are handled properly (Quality of the stock).
  • Monitor and order supplies including cleaning kits, catalogues and other POS materials.
  • Communicate with Rolex regarding sales and inventory levels.

Requirements

  • A passion for building clientele and selling.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
  • Must have a polished and professional appearance with a positive attitude

Qualifications:

  • Our ideal candidate must have at least 3-5+ years’ of retail experience, selling in the luxury market.
  • Jewelry or timepiece experience is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • A willingness to learn and master product information.
  • A team player.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus to cater to our international customer base.
